Allot 2.5-3 hours
A One Hour Lift Session via Zoom or FaceTime provides "real time" virtual feed back on form for your lifts. Depending on lifter experience, this may be enough time to cover a usual training session on an NLP. The session can also be used to learn lifts and is generally ample time to cover 1-2 lifts.
